Use of the Service may involve transmission of data through your service provider's network or via your mobile network provider. Your network service provider or your mobile network provider may charge you for such data transmission.
Mobile Media LLC assumes no responsibility for the payment of any charges.
Mobile Media LLC reserves the right at any time to charge fees or change the price for access to any of the Sites. In the event that Mobile Media LLC so
elects, it shall post notice in the Members’ Services section of the applicable Site. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including, but not limited to charges for any products or services offered for sale through the Sites by Mobile Media LLC or by any other vendor or service provider. All fees and charges shall be billed to and paid for by you. You will not receive access to any service until subscription fees have been received by Mobile Media LLC. Subscription fees are not refundable in whole or in part, even in the event your account is terminated by you or by Mobile Media LLC. In the event of termination, your paid subscription will remain active through the end of the subscription term. You are responsible for the payment of any and all applicable taxes relating
to use of the Sites through your account. Your right to use the Sites is subject to any limits established by Mobile Media LLC at its sole discretion. Mobile Media LLC does not provide cash refunds. We may, however, grant credits in the form of free monthly memberships to resolve customer service
issues. The billing system used by Mobile Media LLC or our authorized agents provides extensive credit card fraud protection measures and our Sites
include many features to protect users from accidental charges. Therefore, refunds to your credit card will be provided only under the rarest of circumstances such as persistent technical problems originating with our equipment.
You understand that your paid subscription will renew automatically at the end of your subscription period until you request a cancellation and you hereby authorize Mobile Media LLC (or its service provider) to charge your chosen payment method to pay for the ongoing fees relating to your subscription. All monthly memberships will renew at the monthly rate of $4.99, unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the end of the 30 day period. All 30 day memberships will automatically be renewed at the normal monthly rate of $4.99. You must provide your Full Name, Cell Number, your email address and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to join, for us to cancel the rebilling of same credit card.
